Welcome to Group Coaching

Hello everyone! Welcome to Kale Me Kourt Groups. I am so excited that you decided to join this group program! We will truly connect deeply during our time together while taking a deep dive into all things nutrition and wellness.

I fully believe that our bodies can find balance when we give them what they need - and that is exactly what we will be covering during our time together.

During our first call on September 1st at 6:30 PM CST (don't worry, if you can't make it, the recording will be shared in this portal!), I will begin walking you through the foundations of health. I will also introduce you to your support team, who will be extra support for you during your time in Kale Me Kourt Groups.

In this portal, call links, recorded calls, and resources will be shared. If you don't already know about my health journey and struggles, read this quick bio below before our call this Thursday. I look forward to supporting you in your journey + thanks for letting Kale Me Kourt Nutrition be a part of your health story.

In addition to these beginning group resources, there will also be information concerning:

- question credit instructions (you can begin using these Monday, September 5th)

- the call schedule (after the calls for September are added into the portal prior to Monday, September 5th, all call times will be shared 30 days in advance for planning purposes)

Get To Know Your Practitioner

"Hey there, it's Kourtney. I'm a functional nutritionist (bachelors of science in nutrition, certified nutritionist, and functional diagnostic nutritional practitioner) specialising in helping women bring balance to their bodies through food. After years of experiencing chronic health struggles, I was tired of the quick fixes, medications, and doctors telling me that "everything was fine", despite feeling my worst. Through a friend's suggestion, I discovered functional nutrition and lab testing, and my outlook on health was never the same. Through years of research, mentorship and functional training, I found answers to the hormone, gut, and immunes issues I had been struggling with for years. I lived much of my life thinking that healing was out of reach when in fact, Western modalities were failing me. Thanks to functional labs and individualized nutrition, I overcame both a PCOS and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis diagnosis. Years into remission, I am thankful to help women find balance in their health through data-driven, evidence-based approaches that meet them exactly where they are."

I believe that there is always an answer, and that solutions are rarely far away - even when I can't see through the fog of disappointment and confusion that health struggles can bring. If you're ready for real health changes, my team and I are there to support you every step of the way.
